Robinia barrel wood is perfectly suited for the development and maturation of excellent distillates such as fruit brandies, grain spirits, whiskey or vinegar. Characterized by a high proportion of tannic acid, robinia wood barrels are also used for white wines. We acquire our precious robinia from Hungarian forests.
